Delivery Timeframes
All online orders will be processed weekly for dispatch on a Wednesday. To ensure your order is part of our weekly shipment make sure you place your order by Sunday 12pm to be included in the next weekly shipment.
All orders are dispatched on a Wednesday for overnight delivery Thursday within New Zealand.
Please note - We are unable to deliver to rural addresses or PO Boxes. Online orders are available to New Zealand customers only.
Freight Costs
Otago and Southern Lakes Region: $13.00
South Island overnight delivery: $15.00
North Island overnight delivery: $30.00

Heads Up!
Our standard pies are sent chilled. As soon as your pies arrive, pop them in the fridge faster than a seagull nabs a hot chip.
Our Big & Wee Sanga's are sent frozen, but may thaw in transit. We don't recommend re-freezing, just pop them in the fridge and enjoy within 3 days for the best pie eating experience!
